Just because becomes a norm, it does not necessarily mean it is good for us. The negative effects of these implementations are disguised very well because this is "what being in your 20 somethings is all about!"

The physical health displays an accurate representation of what state our bodies are in. Any change, internal or external, has a direct effect on our physical health.
