  I think I want to workout today. When will I have time for that? I guess I could push-- WAIT did I even eat at all today!?!... That reminds me, I was supposed to send that Tiktok to-- what were we talking about again?"

All things we've gotten too comfortable saying, doing and constantly worrying about. This chapter of our lives is a time for discovery, growth, new beginnings and setting up for a great future to come. But with that comes all the stress of being on top and staying in a stable position; Though life doesn't always seem to be considerate of it all. That's what we're here for. We know mental health can be a drag, social media can be consuming, making time to stay active is demanding, and trying to keep your composure through it all. ​
